Aside from drawing, I enjoy watching anime, reading manhwa and manga, and playing games like Valorant, Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Wuthering Waves, LND, and Stardew Valley. I'm also a fan of Plave, Stray Kids, Enhypen, and BTS. I’m particularly immersed in the web novel ORV (Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint), especially in the character Kim Dokja.

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Artist and the Client for the commission of an artwork ("Work"). Kindly proceed with the request only if you agree with the service details and my Terms of Service.

| ✧ Serious buyers only. |
| ✧ Usage of my designs for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited. |
| ✧ The artist has the right to refuse commissions for any reason. They do not accept (but are not limited to): NSFW, realism style, heavy mecha, intricate backgrounds, furries, and excessive gore. The artist will not produce content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate. |
| ✧ I will send you a sketch for your approval, and you can request changes at no extra cost. |
| ✧ Do not Copy, Steal, or Remove my watermark over my artworks. |
| Payments |

| ✧ I only accept USD for payment. |
| ✧ Payment must be made using Paypal only. |
| ✧ Artist will not deliver the finished artworks if payment is not settled. |
| ✧ You gain usage rights of the design only after you send the full payment. |
| ✧ You will receive the file/s in both JPG and PNG. This product requires no physical shipping to physical address. |
| ✧ No refunds after paying. |
| ✧ I will only make 2-3 revisions, limited to the sketch and colors. Any additional changes will cost an extra charge. |
| Rights and Usage |

| a. Artist’s Rights |
| ✧ The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels and more. |
| ✧ Please always credit me as the designer on any platform whenever necessary. |
| b. Buyer's RIghts (Personal Use) |
| ✧ Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the design for personal use. |
| ✧ Personal use means display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels. |
| ✧ Maintaining the vibe/personality of the character is optional. You may change it and give the character your own version of their lore/backstory. |
| c. Buyer's RIghts (Commercial Use) |
| ✧ Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified and purchased. Commercial Use fee is 2x of the original price. |
| ✧ Commercial rights means usage of the design on streams, videos and other content, or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling Work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform. |
| ✧ Commercial use of the design in terms of merchandise is not allowed without my proper consent. Additional fees will also be incurred (3x of the original price). Please discuss it with me first. |
| ✧ If the design changes ownership, commercial rights will be voided unless it is used for reselling by the owner. You have the option to include commercial rights or not when reselling the design. |
| ✧ For an accurate commercial fee, please inform me about your specific intended use of the design. |
| Editing |

| ✧ Drawing on top of my original art without permission is prohibited. |
| ✧ You can give the design new outfits, hair styles, etc., as long as the original character is recognizable. |
| Cancellations and Refunds |

| ✧ 100% refund granted if Artist has not started with the work yet. Cancellations are not allowed after the Artist starts working on the commission. |
| ✧ If you wish to terminate a commission, do it beforehand. |
| Communication |
|---|
| ✧ Communication and discussion will occur throughout the project thru Twitter DMs or Discord DMs or in any platform preferred by the Client. |
